OK, this is kind of a sexist old-school illustration, but it works for everyone — men, women, and children. I am not convinced that it fully removes drudgery, but this approach, combined with the old standby “do one small thing whenever you get up” (or once an hour, and so on) can at least help you get some stuff done around the house and add some activity to your day in the process.
